ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, list, and optimize property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing (yield management) • Manage bookings and guest relations • Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Manage operations through the ALB platform • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Recruit City Managers under your referral network, if desired

• Status: Independent contractor • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation and autonomy • Willingness to build a recurring, long-term income stream • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
