📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, manage, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners seeking to outsource the management of their properties • Manage the business through the ALB platform • Build and develop a portfolio of managed properties • Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Motivation and the ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
