ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, manage, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement yield management and dynamic pricing strategies • Manage reservations and guest relations • Respond to messages and handle check-ins and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners • Manage and monitor the business through the ALB platform • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence • Recruit and refer City Managers, if desired

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome • Motivation and independence suited to self-employment • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • Self-employed status
