📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-in, and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Manage operations through the ALB platform • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or another field is welcome • Motivation and drive • Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
