📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, manage, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations, including messages, check-ins, and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners seeking to outsource the management of their properties • Build and develop a portfolio of managed properties • Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions on their activity

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or another field • Motivation and the ability to develop an independent business • Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
