📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, manage, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties • Manage operations through the ALB platform • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
