📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, publish, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing and yield management strategies • Manage reservations and guest relations • Handle guest messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Strong motivation • Enjoy the autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
