📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations • Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Manage and monitor the business through the ALB platform • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and drive • The autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Independent contractor status • No investment required
