📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations • Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Monitor and manage operations through the ALB platform • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship, if desired
