ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue for each property • Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Monitor operations and receive property-owner inquiries through the ALB platform • Delegate management of the portfolio to the ALB network during periods of absence, if necessary • Recruit and refer City Managers, if desired

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector • Motivation and drive • Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
