They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement yield management and dynamic pricing strategies • Manage bookings and guest relations • Respond to messages and manage check-ins and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners seeking to outsource the operation of their property • Manage and monitor the business through the ALB platform • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation and self-direction • Interest in building a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome but not required • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
