📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, publish, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations • Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners seeking to outsource the management of their properties • Manage operations through the ALB platform • Potentially recruit City Managers under a sponsorship structure and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and drive • The autonomy of an independent professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Independent contractor status • No investment required • Full training included • Start at your own pace
