They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, publish, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations • Respond to messages and handle check-ins and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their property • Manage operations through the ALB platform • Build and manage a portfolio of properties • Recruit and refer City Managers, if desired

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Motivation and the ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Autonomy and a desire to build a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • No investment required • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
