📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • List and optimize property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations • Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their property • Manage the business through the ALB platform • Build and potentially grow a team of City Managers

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivated and self-directed • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
