📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations • Respond to messages and manage check-ins and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the operation of their property • Monitor owner requests on the ALB platform and oversee operations • Recruit and refer City Managers, if desired
