📋 Description

• Design highly scalable, resilient, and secure Genesys Cloud solutions • Architect Genesys Cloud solutions • Implement Genesys Cloud solutions • Identify failures in advanced modules of production systems • Assess production and test environment infrastructure • Provide user support • Train less experienced Genesys Analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Genesys Cloud training or certification • Bachelor’s degree • Intermediate English proficiency • Proficiency in Genesys PureCloud configuration • Experience with and knowledge of building flows (IVR, bots) • Knowledge of add-ons • Knowledge of APIs • Experience supporting internal and external customers • Senior-level experience
