📋 Description

• Lead the requirements elicitation process with stakeholders • Translate business needs into functional specifications, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria • Support the Product Owner in organizing, refining, and prioritizing the backlog • Create flowcharts, process diagrams, and navigation maps • Ensure technical and functional alignment with the Development and QA teams throughout the sprints • Validate deliverables together with the testing team to ensure compliance with the agreed scope

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in requirements engineering/analysis or as a Business Analyst in technology companies • Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) • Excellent analytical skills and outstanding verbal and written communication • Familiarity with backlog management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar) • Experience with product Discovery processes • Knowledge of SQL queries for data analysis and functional rules • Basic knowledge of UX/UI and basic wireframe design • Technical knowledge of API architecture or systems integration
