Motriz is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening local governments in Brazil to ensure they deliver high-quality services for all. 📋 Description

• This position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Facilities, managing infrastructure, supplier management, contracts and corporate assets so that people have the best possible daily experience. • The role will also play an important part in reviewing and evolving processes, seeking simpler, more efficient and sustainable solutions, as well as leading projects that strengthen operations and support Motriz’s growth. • In addition, the role will support logistics and the operation of institutional events, coordinating different teams and suppliers to create welcoming, well-executed experiences that align with our culture. • Main responsibilities: • Lead Facilities projects, ensuring planning, execution, risk management, budgeting and high-quality deliverables; • Review, structure and improve area processes, promoting operational efficiency, standardization and continuous improvement; • Manage strategic suppliers, contracts and performance indicators, conduct negotiations and identify cost-optimization opportunities; • Run quotations, contracting and management processes for Facilities and event suppliers (hotels, transportation, travel agencies, audiovisual, staging, catering, among others); • Administer corporate assets such as laptops, mobile phones and other equipment, in partnership with the Technology team; • Plan and coordinate logistics and infrastructure for institutional events and in-person gatherings, delivering well-executed experiences aligned with Motriz’s culture; • Manage the department budget, monitoring contracts, invoices, payments and financial indicators; • Monitor metrics, schedules and action plans, converting data into improvements and supporting decision-making; • Work autonomously to prioritize requests, solve problems and implement solutions for day-to-day challenges; • Collaborate with different teams, connecting people, processes and partners to strengthen operations and support Motriz’s growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Facilities; • Experience managing suppliers, contracts, negotiations and performance indicators; • Experience organizing and operating corporate or institutional events; • Knowledge of budget management, payment control and administrative routines; • Experience leading and monitoring projects, ensuring deliveries on time, within scope and budget; • Ability to structure, review and improve processes, promoting operational efficiency and continuous improvement; • Organizational skills, planning and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; • Analytical, collaborative, proactive profile with a problem-solving mindset; • Good communication and ability to build relationships with different teams and suppliers. • Nice to have: • Experience in project management (PMO, agile or traditional methodologies); • Experience managing corporate office infrastructure; • Experience in dynamic environments such as startups, scale-ups or nonprofit organizations.
