📋 Description
• Work proactively with OEM engineering (R&D) department/Aftersales service department to collect the technical design inputs to start the content authoring. • Writing/maintaining the technical instructions (Operating manual/Quick guides/Service & Maintenance manual/Parts catalog Manual) and illustrations, Proof reading the technical publications. • Keep close communication with the client to review the developed content to make sure the content is accurate and delivered as scheduled. • Drive the process of content development from authoring, engineering review, editing updates to release.
🎯 Requirements
• College degree or above. • Mechanical design/Manufacturing/Electric are preferred. • 3+ years’ experience within the service industry (or working as Service engineer or technician). • Technical manuals and catalog development experience is preferred. • Familiar with some of the XML editors/illustration tools/CMS and Authoring software. • Expert in developing structured and reusable content using XML/DITA/S1000D is preferred. • High-level English language skills (CET-4 and above) and 1 year+ working experience using English as the working language. • Proactive communication both within the project team internally and with the client externally. • Process and quality oriented in the daily work.
