📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business goals, expectations, and marketing objectives. • Develop and execute client success strategies and project plans aligned with company and campaign goals. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, strategic guidance, and ongoing support. • Lead project planning, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and scope management. • Monitor project performance against KPIs, ensuring campaigns stay on track and deliver measurable results. • Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, or performance gaps and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions. • Manage campaign execution from kickoff to completion, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget. • Present campaign updates, optimizations, and new opportunities to help clients maximize results. • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve performance and strengthen long-term partnerships. • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify insights and continuously improve processes and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in marketing project management within a fast-paced, technology-driven or agency environment. • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertising (e.g., digital ads, social, PPC). • Strong understanding of target audience segmentation, customer journeys, and performance-driven marketing strategies. • Hands-on experience using and implementing project management (PM) and CRM systems to streamline workflows and client communication. • Demonstrated success leading complex marketing projects from strategy and planning through execution and optimization. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and performance KPIs. • Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate marketing strategy into clear action plans. • Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Committed to delivering measurable results and high client satisfaction.
