📋 Description

• Produce effective advertising videos that generate return on ad spend • Combine video, animation, and sound to create advertising content • Read scripts and interpret storyboards • Create motion graphics and video elements • Create digital static and video assets, display advertising, social deliverables, and other marketing assets • Create storyboards for video projects with clear narrative flow and alignment to project goals • Create eye-catching video content promoting the AlgaeCal brand • Source and enhance voice-over files and select musical backgrounds • Use AI tools to improve work quality and efficiency • Interpret marketing reports to determine what is working and optimize content • Collaborate with graphic designers, writers, and project stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a video editor • Proven ability to create digital static and video assets, display advertising, social deliverables, and other marketing assets • Portfolio demonstrating mastery of Premiere Pro and After Effects • Proven track record of creating fresh and exciting video elements • Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve is a plus • Ability to create easy-to-follow storyboards for video projects • Ability to create eye-catching video content promoting the brand • Ability to source and enhance voice-over files and select suitable musical backgrounds • Working knowledge of AI tools for improving work efficiency • Ability to interpret marketing reports and optimize content accordingly • Ability to collaborate with graphic designers, writers, and project stakeholders • Encyclopedic knowledge of best practices for YouTube and Facebook • Experience working in a digital marketing environment • Experience in the health and wellness sector is advantageous • Humble, hungry to learn, and people-smart/team-oriented • Resume, cover letter, and portfolio required • Minimum of 3 edited video examples required • Cover letter and resume must be submitted as one file • Personal website/portfolio URL must be included
