📋 Description

• Lead customer workshops to achieve project goals and develop holistic solutions using AlgoSec technologies • Orchestrate and synchronize multiple workstreams across AlgoSec and external stakeholders • Build strategic advisor relationships with customers to accelerate solution adoption and successful production deployment • Communicate effectively with customer stakeholders and executives throughout engagements • Manage collaboration among customers, partners, and internal project teams • Manage multiple related customer projects from planning through production, on time, within scope, and within budget • Serve as the voice of the customer across AlgoSec, supporting retention and satisfaction • Support pre-sales activities with Account Managers, including Statements of Work and Jump Start Packages • Engage and manage subcontractors according to established terms and conditions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Program Management experience or related • Proven success increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention • Experience with outbound customers • 2+ years working with Director-level leaders and above • Experience working in large technology or enterprise environments • Background in IT or cybersecurity, particularly firewall administration and configuration, preferred • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Proactive approach to building relationships and solving problems • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, overcome obstacles, remain effective under pressure, and manage shifting priorities • Strong understanding of change management principles, processes, and best practices • Ability to balance strategic perspective with attention to detail and analytical thinking • Ability to anticipate risks and dependencies in complex project environments and implement mitigation plans • Strong consultative leadership skills and ability to influence decisions across complex stakeholder groups • Experience leading strategic discovery and solution-design workshops with senior customer stakeholders • Ability to translate customer objectives into scalable solution strategies • Experience supporting customer needs from deployment through production • Willingness to travel up to 10% • PMP Certification, nice to have • Exposure to Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma, nice to have • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills, nice to have
