📋 Description

• Manage programs supporting corporate objectives, metric reporting, and CEO-level initiatives • Manage company-wide roll-up, communication, and reporting of key objectives • Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual corporate communications • Lead monthly extended leadership team Operations Reviews, including agendas, materials, and follow-up • Establish and manage CEO customer and partner call cadence, including action-item follow-up • Facilitate CEO employee outreach through virtual coffees, roundtables, and skip-level one-on-ones • Lead cross-functional preparation for Board meetings, including agendas and materials • Work with the CEO, co-founders, executive team, board members, and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional operational, organizational and communication skills • Executive-level presentation creation and delivery skills • Demonstrated expertise executing clear and diligent follow-up and communication at the most senior levels, internally and externally • Track record coordinating multiple cross-departmental efforts that achieved meaningful business outcomes • Ability to manage scope, risk, and uncertainty • Demonstrated ability to streamline operational processes for consistency and efficiency • Proactive approach to identifying potential issues and solving problems • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, rapidly growing SaaS business • Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico • Fluent spoken and written English
