📋 Description
• Lead, coach, and develop the team • Plan and run delivery • Own the backlog with Product Management • Own critical support issues to resolution • Own technical direction for the team’s products
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years in software engineering • 3+ years managing engineering teams • Technical degree (CS or STEM preferred) or equivalent experience • Broad technical skills • Clear communication and strong cross-functional relationships • Telecoms or familiarity with SIP/VoIP is a plus
