📋 Description

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for BI and analytics initiatives • Collaborate with technical teams to define dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualization requirements • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions • Support testing, validation, and successful implementation of BI solutions • Assist in documenting business processes, workflows, and project requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in BI, data analytics, or reporting projects • Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills • Understanding of business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis concepts • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting and analytics tools preferred • Background in process analysis and business process improvement preferred
