📋 Description
• Ensure accurate payroll processing, benefits reconciliation, and government remittances. • Lead the development and evaluation of payroll strategies and processes. • Interface with HR, Finance, and stakeholders for effective payroll operations. • Resolve employee payroll inquiries and facilitate compliance with regulations. • Monitor changes to payroll legislation and implement updates as necessary. • Drive continuous improvement efforts for payroll workflows and system integrity.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience • Post-secondary certificate / diploma (College, Training Institute, etc.) • Fluent writing, reading, and oral communication in English
