📋 Description

• Perform the initial technical review of support cases related to AI voice applications • Analyze reported issues and identify likely root causes • Ensure tickets are accurately documented and routed to the appropriate Product or Engineering teams • Review AI conversations, system logs, and technical data • Produce clear, actionable tickets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Help Desk, or Ticket Triage • Experience using Jira or similar ticket management platforms • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills • Ability to interpret system logs, API responses, error messages, JSON payloads, and conversation transcripts • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams • Experience supporting AI, conversational AI, voice bots, chatbots, or automation platforms • Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, and middleware • Experience with SaaS products and CRM platforms such as HubSpot
