📋 Description

• Assist with product demos and help move prospects through the sales process. • Provide technical support. • Be available to respond to inbound interest generated by marketing campaigns. • Conduct or assist with customer and prospect demos. • Ask discovery questions to understand customer needs and business processes. • Troubleshoot customer questions related to POS usage, workflows, basic setup, and common operational issues. • Explain product features in a clear, friendly, and practical way. • Document common customer questions, demo feedback, and support scenarios. • Help ensure each customer interaction is handled by someone knowledgeable, personable, and solution-oriented.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English level: C1+ required. • Previous experience as a scheduler, appointment setter, call center agent, sales development representative, or customer service representative. • Strong phone presence and ability to create rapport quickly. • Friendly, confident, energetic, and personable. • Organized and disciplined with CRM notes and follow-up tracking. • Comfortable speaking with business owners, store managers, and decision-makers. • Able to handle objections professionally. • Coachable and able to adapt based on campaign feedback. • Experience with warm leads or existing customer campaigns. • Experience in merchant services, payments, POS, retail, SaaS, or B2B appointment setting. • Familiarity with CRM and dialer tools. • Experience performing warm transfers to sales or specialist teams.
