• Je bent actief als zelfstandig ondernemer (in hoofd- of bijberoep) met een geldig btw-nummer • Je spreekt perfect, vloeiend Vlaams • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met telefonische klantenservice (inbound) • Je hebt een rustige, professionele thuiswerkplek met een stabiele en snelle internetverbinding. • Communicatief ijzersterk en empathisch
