📋 Description

• Embed directly with large enterprise customers to build AI-powered creative production solutions • Own complex customer engagements from initial discovery through production deployment, adoption, and renewal • Translate customer challenges into scalable, full-stack systems that deliver measurable business value • Build and ship production code regularly • Develop automated, multi-step creative workflows and pipelines • Lead live, unscripted demonstrations for executive audiences, including CMOs and CTOs • Drive customer adoption and help turn successful implementations into renewals or expanded engagements • Operate independently and take full ownership of customer outcomes • Build lasting production solutions rather than short-term prototypes or demonstrations

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience building and shipping production software • Strong full-stack engineering experience with recent, hands-on production coding • Deep professional mastery of at least one creative platform, such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Substance 3D, or a comparable professional creative tool • Hands-on experience building multi-step automated workflows or pipelines using tools such as ComfyUI, n8n, or similar platforms • Experience presenting complex technical solutions to senior enterprise executives • Demonstrated ability to turn executive presentations or demonstrations into adoption, renewals, or expanded engagements • Public portfolio or verifiable examples of shipped work demonstrating both engineering and creative expertise • Ability to independently own an engagement from discovery through production deployment and customer adoption • Candidates without a portfolio or verifiable shipped work cannot be considered • Strong plus: experience with enterprise generative AI or creative automation platforms • Strong plus: experience with creative production workflow builders or brand intelligence solutions • Strong plus: industry experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Media and Entertainment • Strong plus: experience supporting medical, legal, or regulatory compliance-review workflows • Strong plus: DevOps experience
