📋 Description

• Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using Alpaca’s brokerage APIs • Collaborate with external product, engineering, and compliance stakeholders to scope, plan, and execute integration timelines • Coordinate with internal BD, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, and customer success teams to resolve issues and align resources • Facilitate weekly partner check-ins, drive action items, and ensure progress toward deliverables • Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and partner stakeholders • Help partners navigate KYC, AML, and regulatory disclosure onboarding requirements • Document processes and improve onboarding frameworks for future integrations • Represent the customer internally and provide partner context to leadership and cross-functional teams • Communicate partner feature requests to technical teams and support prioritization • Support the success team with integration and new-product guidance • Create internal and external resources for partners and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of enterprise-level business project management experience • Strong process, analysis, design, and documentation skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills for English- and Chinese-speaking clients • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail • Flexibility to work with customers around the world • Familiarity with and interest in FinTech, financial markets, and investing applications • Experience with Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, and Google Workspace • Startup mindset • Sales and customer success background leading the customer experience • Training/enablement experience • Brokerage/stocks experience • Crypto experience • Familiarity with Metabase • Experience with modern APIs, including REST, WebSockets, and Server-Sent Events • Experience with enterprise software implementations • Technical troubleshooting skills • Experience with issue management in JIRA and API logging tools • Familiarity with Postman and curl requests
