📋 Description

• Import existing floor plans (DWG files) into ArchiCAD • Prepare residential area calculations in accordance with WoFlV and DIN 277 based on these plans • Produce clean, consistent floor plans using our templates and standards • Perform plausibility and quality checks on plans and area specifications • Coordinate with the team to clarify questions regarding plans

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s) • Career starters are explicitly welcome – ideally with 0 to 5 years of professional experience • Proficiency in ArchiCAD • Experience working with DWG files and/or AutoCAD is a plus • Initial experience with residential area calculations (WoFlV / DIN 277) is preferred – if not, we will provide thorough training • Good written and spoken German (at least B2 level) • Careful, structured, and reliable approach to work
