📋 Description

• Own components of the Transactions content pipeline, including M&A deals and funding rounds • Oversee content generation and integration, including business requirements, sourcing, methodology, policies, and data integrity processes • Conduct proofs of concept with engineering to optimize implementation and ongoing content-operation costs, automation, and timelines • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews • Assess progress, address challenges, and identify growth and development opportunities • Support successful content launches through announcements, marketing collateral, documentation, user training, and internal training • Serve as the escalation point for data integrity and methodology issues • Track industry trends and deliver competitive intelligence to evolve product vision

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in content strategy, product, or operations related to financial data • At least 5 years of product or process managerial experience • Specific experience in transactions and valuations strongly preferred • Expertise in investment research and analysis • First-hand knowledge of company valuation techniques and financial reporting • Hands-on leadership designing, building, and maintaining production-grade, scalable reference database frameworks and designs • Proficiency with Claude Code or a database query language such as SQL is required • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Experience conceptualizing, researching, and developing new content sets and functionality • Ability to manage multiple priorities and geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders • Repeated successful delivery of content and related functionality from requirements gathering through release using iterative/agile methodologies • Superior ability to set priorities, stay focused, and meet deadlines • Master's in Commerce degree with a strong academic record • Chartered Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst certification is a significant plus
