📋 Description

• Processing tenders from transmission system operators (TSOs) for secondary systems in high-voltage substations • Managing the entire tender process for secondary systems, including protection, station automation (SAS), and communication technologies • Coordinating engineering teams, internal specialist departments, suppliers, and subcontractors across all phases of the bid • Preparing complete tender documentation, including Scope of Supply, Bill of Materials, and risk registers • Calculating engineering, testing, and commissioning costs based on technical and commercial specifications • Serving as the central interface between TSOs, sales, procurement, and technical departments • Analyzing tender documents, identifying risks, and defining necessary clarification requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification • Proven experience in tender management or bid management, ideally in secondary systems or energy infrastructure • Confident use of document management systems such as SharePoint, Confluence, or DOCUWARE • Professional communication skills using MS Teams, Outlook, and CRM systems such as Salesforce • Familiarity with VOB, ENTSO‑E regulations, and specific tender requirements from transmission system operators (TSOs) • Technical understanding of protection systems, station automation, and communication systems • Fluent in German and English
