📋 Description

• entwickelst und optimierst Testautomatisierungslösungen für Web- und Mobile-Anwendungen • konzipierst und pflegst skalierbare Testframeworks sowie automatisierte Testfälle • definierst Teststrategien und sorgst für eine hohe Softwarequalität • integrierst Tests in CI/CD-Pipelines und verbesserst kontinuierlich Prozesse • arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, Produktmanagement und Stakeholdern zusammen • coachst Kolleg:innen und etablierst Best Practices der Testautomatisierung

🎯 Requirements

• abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Software Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Testautomatisierung • WebdriverIO, Cypress, Appium, Selenium oder vergleichbare Tools • Erfahrung mit BDD-Ansätzen (z. B. Cucumber/Gherkin) • programmierst sicher in Python sowie idealerweise JavaScript oder TypeScript • Erfahrung mit Testframeworks, CI/CD-Pipelines und agilen Entwicklungsmethoden • denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und findest pragmatische Lösungen • kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
