📋 Description

• Lead projects to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty for US-based clients • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and goals • Ensure customers quickly realize value from products and services • Oversee daily data operations • Manage data systems and ensure data quality • Implement data governance standards • Conduct extensive market research on companies across North America and Europe • Analyze companies' digital activity and identify their needs • Generate business strategies based on research findings to drive growth and customer engagement • Use advanced analytics tools and integrated systems to extract insights from data • Apply insights to inform decisions, optimize strategies, and improve operational efficiency • Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns • Implement account-based marketing strategies for high-value accounts • Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English proficiency • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 1+ years of proven experience in data management, data operations, or a related role • 1+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing and sales strategies • Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) to target high-value accounts effectively • Proficiency in prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Clay and Google Sheets • Resume must be submitted in English • Desirable: Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce • Desirable: Experience developing and executing lead generation strategies • Desirable: Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms like Outreach.io • Desirable: Analytical mindset and ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
