📋 Description

• Overseeing daily production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards • Leading and managing a team of production operators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback • Coordinating daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines while maintaining quality standards • Implementing and monitoring quality control processes to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction • Collaborating with other departments to optimize production schedules and workflow • Identifying and resolving operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the production area • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs • Training and developing team members on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures • Maintaining accurate production records and generating reports for management review • Contributing to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools • Experience with Lean Six Sigma principles (Lean Six Sigma certification preferred) • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements in a production environment • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required • Willingness to relocate to or currently reside in Bengaluru, India
