📋 Description

• Manage client inventory and perform Matrix analysis based on Trustee Inventory. • Ensure proper controls are in place for exceptions. • Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports and exception summaries. • Work with teams on audits, templates, manuals, and required supporting documents. • Support internal teams by providing accurate information in a timely manner. • Ensure the control reports team meets all SLAs. • Complete day-to-day reporting and reconciliations. • Drive month-end closing and reporting within 5 working days as part of month-end inventory management. • Respond timely to client or vendor requests. • Complete statutory and internal audit reports and applicable SOX cycles by management deadlines. • Review and approve SOPs within due dates and manage the SOP Tracker.

🎯 Requirements

• The candidate should be a Graduate. • Should have 2-4 years of work experience in a Mortgage Industry • Proactive, deadline-conscious, and assertive • Expertise in MS office, Macros and MS SQL • Smart with good interpersonal and communication skills • Solid conceptual, problem solving and analytical skills; readily willing to perform detailed analysis as needed. • Flexible to work in US shift.
