📋 Description

• Manage India-based junior resources across content, research, marketing, and creative production • Assign tasks, manage deadlines, conduct quality control, make hiring recommendations, and develop SOPs • Execute demand generation, email marketing, supplier outreach support, nurturing, SEO implementation, content calendars, distribution, and reporting • Administer Zoho CRM/Campaigns, automations, segmentation, lead tracking, funnel reporting, and campaign attribution • Support the Mexico supplier sales representative with prospect research, lead lists, CRM follow-up, and collateral • Introduce AI-assisted processes to improve lean-team productivity • Partner with the Brand & Editorial Director on creative specifications and approval • Retain responsibility for personnel and production scheduling • Own KPIs and improve campaign delivery, growth pipeline, systems cleanliness, and operational reliability with minimal founder supervision within 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 3–6+ years in growth/marketing operations • Experience coordinating or managing others • Hands-on CRM, email, SEO, outreach, and analytics experience • Strong English • Ability to work independently • Ability to collaborate with US leadership • Familiarity with AI tools • Zoho, B2B, or manufacturing knowledge helpful • India-based work location • Applicants must submit a resume, management examples, completed growth campaigns, and compensation expectations
