📋 Description

• Plan, prioritize, and track projects through clearly defined activities, timelines, and deliverables • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive timely execution • Manage vendor performance and support facilities and lease management related activities • Oversee command-centre activities, including access control and CCTV monitoring • Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates • Identify operational issues, coordinate resolution, and follow through to closure • Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring effective stakeholder collaboration • Support general project management, vendor coordination, and facilities and GRC-related operations

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in general project management, PMO, operations, or vendor management • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills • Good judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail • Ability to break projects into activity-level tasks and track them to completion • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities • Graduate with a strong educational background • Based in Bangalore • Comfortable with the hybrid work model and mid-shift • Immediate joiner or candidate available at short notice • Adaptable, well-spoken professional with the ability to learn facilities-related processes • Technical facilities or IT project-management experience is not mandatory
