📋 Description

• Oversee the processing of mortgage applications • Manage and index mortgage documentation • Verify information and calculate income and credit • Process disclosures and re-disclosures • Ensure timely completion of required processing steps • Ensure closing and processing activities meet legal and regulatory requirements • Act as a primary point of contact between clients, lenders, and internal teams • Facilitate communication and resolve issues during the closing process • Review closing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Identify opportunities to streamline mortgage closing and processing workflows • Review loan files against underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards • Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and relevant parties to resolve issues • Maintain accurate transaction and documentation records • Provide guidance and support to junior staff • Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (Essential) • Flexible to work in rotational/night shift (Essential) • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Essential) • Ability to work independently with high level of focus on detail (Essential) • Ability to maintain a high rate of accuracy and productivity, multitask, and function under deadlines in a fast-paced environment (Essential) • 2–4 years of work experience interested in US Mortgage process - Loan Processing • Previous experience in Mortgage Services (Desired) • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Desired) • Knowledge of federal and state regulations, TRID, RESPA, and other industry standards • Ability to collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, clients, lenders, and internal teams
