📋 Description
• Manage multiple concurrent projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, and closure • Maintain accurate and current strategic project portfolio status in Asana • Flag high-priority items for Senior Leadership visibility by the 10th–12th of every month • Run project governance using RAID logs, decision logs, action tracking, and structured escalation • Chase statuses, data points, and overdue actions across all organisational levels, including directors and VPs • Enforce PMO intake and request-process discipline • Report delivery performance honestly, including on PMO and Governance-owned projects • Build and maintain Asana workflows and automations using rules, forms, templates, and integrations • Identify and propose tools that improve scheduling, follow-up, and communication, prioritising free tools before paid ones • Communicate project status clearly and simply to senior stakeholders • Support and develop the PMO Senior Associate through structured delegation and standards • Adhere to ALU’s safeguarding policy and zero-tolerance approach to safeguarding violations
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of project management experience with demonstrated application of technical PM expertise on real delivery, including the full lifecycle • Track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders up to senior leadership level • Hands-on experience configuring and automating a work management platform; Asana strongly preferred • Strong proficiency in Asana or equivalent platforms such as ClickUp, Monday, or Jira, including automation • Competence with Google Workspace, including Sheets • Hands-on experience with AI tools • Knowledge of project methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder mapping • Ability to communicate clearly and simply in writing and verbally with directors and VPs • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an asset, not required • Education-sector experience is not required • CV, cover letter, and a video response of up to 3 minutes or written response of up to 500 words are required; applications without the response will not be screened
