📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries via phone in a courteous and professional manner • Provide accurate information to clients using a customer-service-driven approach • Resolve customer issues and respond to inquiries • Document and enter data after each interaction • Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality • Uphold professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude • Adhere to company policies, including maintaining a drug-free work environment • Adapt to varying client needs and call volumes • Deliver outstanding support on behalf of clients

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction • Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients • Good data entry skills • Drug-free and able to maintain a positive, professional attitude • Windows 11 Pro, 16GB RAM, quad-core processor with CPU speed of at least 2.5 GHz for Windows machines • Supported versions of macOS with all updates, minimum 16GB RAM, and an M series chip for Mac machines • Dual monitors, 19” each • Dedicated internet connection with minimum speeds of 7 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload • Ethernet connection required; Wi-Fi and satellite are not acceptable • No data caps on internet usage • Webcam for meetings, training, and quality monitoring • Noise-canceling headset • Antivirus protection; Windows Defender is not allowed
