📋 Description

• Design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution and Transportation Management integration • Create and define Functional Specification Documents • Perform Functional Unit Testing • Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for logistics-related business processes • Lead and participate in SAP projects aligned with business requirements • Deliver user training and empower teams to maximize SAP capabilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics modules including FI, CO, MM, PP, QM, SCM, MM-IM, and EWM • Maintain standardized documentation and processes to ensure compliance with customer standards • Provide proven support for SAP logistics solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP logistics solutions in complex environments • 7+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Private Editions and/or 3+ years of experience in S/4HANA Public Editions in Sales and Transportation Management • Certification on S/4HANA Public or Private Edition • Fluency in English, spoken and written • Fluency in Spanish, spoken and written • Strong support experience using different ticketing tools, IRT, and SLA • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Demonstrated leadership and training abilities • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with excellent problem-solving skills • SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution expertise • SAP Transportation Management knowledge • Knowledge of SAP Best Practices or Scope items in S/4HANA Public and Private Editions • ABAP knowledge, debugging, and programming (nice to have) • CX / Commerce Cloud knowledge (nice to have) • Sales Cloud / Customer Service knowledge (nice to have) • SAP AI knowledge (nice to have) • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset • Analytical thinking and sound judgment in solving complex problems
