📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a small DevOps team embedded with the customer • Design, implement and maintain AWS infrastructure and Terraform-based infrastructure-as-code solutions • Collaborate with customer stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and plan deployments • Contribute hands-on to infrastructure projects, deployment pipelines and operational tasks • Drive best practices for infrastructure automation, monitoring, security and disaster recovery • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on progress, risks and recommendations • Identify and implement improvements to DevOps processes, tooling and infrastructure efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership of technical teams • Strong proficiency with AWS services and hands-on experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Experience working in customer-facing or embedded roles within technical teams • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization and cloud-native application deployment • Experience in the aviation, travel or highly regulated industries (nice to have) • Familiarity with Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms (nice to have) • Knowledge of data pipeline and AI infrastructure considerations (nice to have)
