📋 Description

• Analyze IT landscapes, including applications, platforms, cloud environments, and processes • Gain a holistic understanding of business objectives and translate them into observability and architecture concepts • Connect technical topics with clients’ business objectives • Provide advisory support at an early stage, before a tool is selected • Support client workshops on architecture and design • Define use cases for performance, resilience, security, and business KPIs • Evaluate modern observability platforms • Develop from analysis to solution architecture alongside experienced colleagues • Grow into a key point of contact and trusted advisor for clients

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, e.g. in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Systems Engineering, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering • Initial experience in observability projects • 2–3 years of professional experience in a consulting-related environment would be ideal • Practical experience in observability, monitoring, and performance management is preferred • Knowledge of common tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar platforms • Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Gemini for research, analysis, automation, and knowledge management • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in an understandable way • Client-focused mindset and a willingness to actively shape solutions • Dynatrace or Grafana certifications are a plus, but not required • Knowledge of OpenTelemetry is a plus, but not required • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker is a plus, but not required • Cloud expertise in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus, but not required • Scripting skills for automating recurring tasks are a plus, but not required
