📋 Description

• Serve as the remote first point of contact for IT across international offices • Resolve incidents and service requests through the ticketing platform • Provide primarily written IT support, with occasional calls and online meetings • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, devices and access issues • Handle first- and second-line tickets • Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive • Administer accounts, mailboxes, licences and access in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID • Support users and devices remotely through approved remote-support tools • Keep clear documentation and knowledge articles • Escalate complex issues with full context • Keep tickets moving to agreed service levels • Coordinate with local IT colleagues when hands-on work is needed on site

🎯 Requirements

• An IT qualification • At least three years of relevant remote IT support experience • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, printer queues and server-based user administration • Practical experience using Microsoft Intune for support and troubleshooting • Structured, service-oriented approach • Excellent written and spoken English is a hard requirement • Familiarity with ITIL, PowerShell, Intune application packaging, Windows Autopilot, routers and switches, Apple Business Manager and Samsung Knox is an advantage • Sufficiently fast and stable fibre internet connectivity for the candidate's home-working location
