📋 Description

• Analyze existing Supply Chain business processes and identify automation opportunities • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document process requirements • Create process maps, workflows, and detailed process documentation • Support RPA development using Robocorp and Python • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for automation initiatives • Work with technical teams to design efficient automation solutions • Test and validate automated solutions against business requirements • Manage multiple process improvement initiatives and meet project deadlines • Communicate process insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3.5+ years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Process Improvement, or similar roles • Strong experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes • Experience in Supply Chain process analysis is preferred • Familiarity with RPA tools, particularly Robocorp • Basic to strong proficiency in Python • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Experience working in Agile environments • Six Sigma certification is nice to have • Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining is nice to have • Knowledge of task mining and process simulation is nice to have • Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or other RPA tools is nice to have
