📋 Description

• Support the global operation and administration of Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management and related processes • Improve Insider Risk Management policies, including indicators, thresholds, escalation paths, and operating procedures • Monitor, triage, and document Insider Risk Management alerts and cases • Support investigations, including evidence collection and analysis of technical logs and relevant data sources • Maintain confidentiality safeguards and auditability of Insider Risk activities and case information • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, IT Security, and other stakeholders • Prepare recurring metrics, reports, and status updates • Support testing, validation, change management, and user readiness activities • Maintain technical and operational documentation • Contribute to continuous improvement focused on process effectiveness, risk reduction, and operational quality

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management, Microsoft 365 compliance solutions, or comparable platforms • Understanding of Insider Risk Management concepts, risk indicators, policy configuration, alert triage, case management, escalation workflows, and audit-ready documentation • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads and signals, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and endpoint activity • Understanding of privacy-by-design, proportionality, responsible investigations, and confidentiality controls • Experience with security and compliance processes involving sensitive or confidential information • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to coordinate across global teams and manage multiple stakeholders in time-critical situations • Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee-related matters and confidential case information • Proactive and self-directed working style • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience with eDiscovery processes is desirable • Familiarity with Digital Forensics and technical investigations is desirable • Experience in international and multicultural environments is desirable • Knowledge of Microsoft security, compliance, and data protection solutions beyond Insider Risk Management is desirable • Experience with change management, testing, and validation activities is desirable • Experience in highly regulated or enterprise environments is desirable
