📋 Description

• Support the global operation and administration of Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management and related processes • Improve and optimize Insider Risk Management policies, indicators, thresholds, escalation paths, and operating procedures • Monitor, triage, and document Insider Risk Management alerts and cases • Support investigations, including evidence collection and analysis of technical logs and relevant data sources • Maintain confidentiality safeguards and auditability of Insider Risk activities and case information • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, IT Security, and other stakeholders • Prepare recurring metrics, reports, and status updates on alert trends, case volumes, process effectiveness, and improvement opportunities • Support testing, validation, change management, and user readiness activities • Maintain and update technical and operational documentation • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process effectiveness, risk reduction, and operational quality

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management, Microsoft 365 compliance solutions, or comparable Insider Risk / Data Protection platforms • Solid understanding of Insider Risk Management concepts, including risk indicators, policy configuration, alert triage, case management, escalation workflows, and audit-ready documentation • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads and signals relevant to Insider Risk scenarios, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and endpoint activity • Strong understanding of privacy-by-design principles, proportionality, responsible investigation practices, and confidentiality controls • Experience working with security and compliance processes involving sensitive or confidential information • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to documentation accuracy, and process discipline • Ability to coordinate across global teams and manage multiple stakeholders in time-critical situations • High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee-related matters and confidential case information • Strong ownership, proactive and self-directed working style • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Nice to have: Experience with eDiscovery processes • Nice to have: Familiarity with Digital Forensics processes and technical investigations • Nice to have: Experience in international and multicultural environments • Nice to have: Knowledge of Microsoft security, compliance, and data protection solutions beyond Insider Risk Management • Nice to have: Experience with change management, testing, and validation activities • Nice to have: Strong stakeholder management skills • Nice to have: Experience in highly regulated or enterprise environments • Nice to have: Proactive mindset focused on confidentiality, quality, and continuous improvement
