📋 Description

• Conduct patent and trademark portfolio audits • Migrate portfolios into SaaS-based software using Excel or similar tools • Manage efficient, on-time project delivery to a high quality standard • Update software databases • Communicate with clients and attorneys via conference calls as required • Keep abreast of commercial IP law updates • Support Anaqua’s growth goals in intellectual property management solutions • Help clients build global capabilities integrating workflows and web-based collaboration across the IP lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field • Japanese language proficiency at least N3 • At least 2–3 years of experience working with Japanese clients • Experience in portfolio onboarding, including ETL and data mapping • Experience in Intellectual Property (IP) preferred • Prior Anaqua AQX or RH knowledge preferred • Sound knowledge of MS Office; Excel skills required • Good analytical and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines • Ability to prioritize individual workload and manage multiple projects • Ability to understand internal and external customer requirements and implement improvement ideas
