📋 Description

• Use AI coding tools across code, tests, and documentation as the default way of working • Use AI to become productive quickly in unfamiliar codebases and client domains • Review, run, and test AI-generated work before raising pull requests • Share effective prompts, context files, and AI-assisted engineering patterns with the team • Build and maintain AEM Sites components, templates, and Sling Models • Configure and support AEM Assets and DAM workflows • Develop Java backend services and contribute to enterprise-system integrations • Build componentized frontend experiences with React JS or an equivalent framework • Apply design-system and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidance • Follow Git branching and pull-request standards and participate in code reviews • Resolve CI/CD build failures, quality-gate issues, and failing tests • Write and maintain automated tests using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium • Support security testing and remediation activities • Own features within a sprint and escalate design questions to senior engineers or architects • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and showcases • Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, clients, and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Current, hands-on daily use of AI coding assistants such as Claude, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent across code, tests, and documentation • Ability to review, test, understand, explain, and defend AI-generated code before committing it • 4–6+ years of full stack software engineering experience • At least 2 years of experience working on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • Experience with AEM Sites component and template development • Experience with Sling Models, HTL/Sightly, client libraries, and OSGi services • Hands-on AEM Assets experience, including DAM workflows and metadata basics • Strong core Java 8+ skills, Spring, and RESTful API design • Experience with React JS or an equivalent modern frontend framework such as Angular or Vue • Component-driven development experience • Working awareness of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards • Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium for automated testing • Experience working in Agile teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies • Good written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working with senior engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams • Ability to work Australia & New Zealand business hours • Customized cover letter required • Adobe certification, AEMaaCS, Edge Delivery Services, CRM integrations, Node.js, microservices, and other listed technologies are nice to have, not required
