📋 Description

• Facilitate the hedging needs of client flows • Provide clients with best-in-class service • Manage risk exposures within company risk appetite constraints • Handle complex trades and optimize execution to increase trading desk revenue • Build and optimize quantitative pricing and risk models • Lead automation of hedge execution • Assist risk management in designing controls for aggregate market exposure • Follow market narratives and contribute to internal research • Inform new products and capabilities within the trading business • Respond immediately to changing exposures and client questions while on coverage • Contribute to technology roadmap and implementation • Share knowledge with stakeholder teams • Champion the Trading Solutions team perspective in cross-department conversations • Mentor junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Up to 3 years experience as an OTC trader in the cryptocurrency space • Demonstrated ability to convert institutional prospects into trading clients • Ability to expertly handle complex trades with continuous optimization • Deep crypto market microstructure mathematical expertise, including cross-market basis opportunities, predatory algorithm avoidance, derivatives hedging, beta hedging, away positioning, and market drivers • Expert knowledge of electronic and voice trading • Strong client-facing abilities and white-glove service skills • Proficient Python coding ability • Ability to manage principal trading exposure infrastructure and processes • Availability for weekend rotations and off-hour paging • Ability to mentor junior team members
